"My family is beyond grateful to the Biedelman-Kunsch team, especially Shelley, for handling my father's funeral with empathy and compassion. We had a set of rather unique needs, including repatriation of his remains, as well as less common Chinese and Buddhist funerary customs. Shelley handled everything in stride with understanding and patience. She helped coordinate a smooth repatriation, arranged a private visitation for us as soon as he arrived home, handled ordering memorial cards and a rush order for a cremation urn, accommodated our special requests for Buddhist funerary shrouds and a special timeline, and patiently made herself available at odd hours. She handled the coordination of the actual public visitation perfectly. She provided guidance and support, without being intrusive, throughout the entire process. We were on the phone or email with her on a daily basis for almost two weeks, and she or the other team members (including Phil) were always extremely prompt and courteous in reply.
