Due to changing family circumstances, we had to make numerous adjustments throughout the planning process. Despite these challenges, the team remained professional, compassionate, and incredibly accommodating from beginning to end. They answered all of our questions and guided us through each decision with care and respect. They navigated coordination with the priest, church, bag piper, and the funeral home in Jacksonville, Florida for transport seamlessly. The work they did was truly impeccable. Our grandmother looked absolutely beautiful, and the level of dignity, respect, and attention to detail that went into her preparation was evident.
